Lokesh promises help to school children facing issues with temporary shed

Responding to the problems of school students in Kadapa district, Minister for Human Resource Development (HRD) Nara Lokesh has assured them of an early solution.

In a statement on Sunday (December 22), the Minister said he had been informed about the issues faced by students of the Mandal Praja Parishad (MPP) school at Korrapadu village under Muddanur mandal in Kadapa district. Currently, the school was temporarily operating from a shed raised with metal sheets and the students had been facing difficulties due to rains.

The Minister said he had directed the local authorities to carry out immediate repairs to the shed. He said he would also take steps to complete the construction of the school building, which was stalled during the previous government’s tenure due to negligence. “We are committed to provide a permanent solution to the problems faced by the children in Korrapadu school,” he said.
