Naruvi Hospitals in Vellore celebrates Founder’s Day

Navruvi Hospitals in Vellore, a private healthcare facility, celebrated its Founders’ Day on Saturday (December 21, 2024).

Activities on the day included creating awareness on the importance of conserving and protecting natural resources, nurturing world peace, promoting religious harmony, and putting an end to the drug menace, a press release said.

In his address while handing over prizes to the winners of various events, G.V. Sampath, founder and chairman, appealed to everyone to plant saplings wherever possible to combat global warming and climate change. Naruvi Hospitals has also been taking up the issue of drugs in society. Drug addiction and substance abuse harm the most productive population age group, Mr. Sampath said, and underscored the need for society to put an end to it.

Anitha Sampath, vice chairperson, Paul Henry, executive director, heads of departments, doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff also participated.
