‘Game Changer’ box office: Shankar-Ram Charan film grosses ₹ 186 crore on opening day

Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and directed by Shankar, has reportedly gotten off to a strong start at the box office. The political action drama hit the screens on January 10, 2025.

The film’s production banner, Sri Venkateswara Creations, took to X to announce the opening day box office figure. Headed by Dil Raju, the production house said Game Changer hasgrossed Rs 186 crore on Day 1.

Game Changer marks Shankar’s debut in Telugu. The movie is about an honest civil servant, played by Ram Charan, taking on a ruthless politician, essayed by SJ Suryah. Kiara Advani plays the female lead in the film.

S Thirunavukkarasu has handled the cinematography while S Thaman is the music director. After Game Changer, Shankar plans to release Indian 3, starring Kamal Haasan. Post that film, the director has announced that he will work on the historical film Velpari.
