Manmohan Singh was loyal to the Constitution: Kerala CM

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Thursday said he was deeply saddened by the passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In his condolence message, he said Dr. Singh was a distinguished statesman committed to the values of secularism and democracy.

He was the Prime Minister who led India by upholding the values of democracy and secularism. In his political career, he always maintained his loyalty to the Constitution. Manmohan Singh’s absence is a great loss for democratic India, he said.
