The annual Cochin Flower Show-2025, organised by the Ernakulam District Agri-Horticulture Society and the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA), began at Ernakulam Marine Drive on Sunday (December 22) and will run till January 1.

A wide variety of flowering plants will be displayed across 54,000 sq ft. Visitors can attend until 9 p.m., with an entry fee of ₹100 for adults and ₹50 for children. Discounts will be offered to children in groups, according to the organisers.

Mayor M. Anilkumar inaugurated the show, with GCDA Chairman K. Chandran Pillai presiding. District Collector N.S.K. Umesh, Hibi Eden, MP, MLA T. J. Vinod, and event organisers T. N. Suresh and Jacob Varghese Kunthara attended.
