An interactive session (Coffee with Collector) was held at Tenkasi Collector’s office for students from various government schools. Around 20 students participated in the session with the District Collector A.K. Kamal Kishore.
During the session, the students introduced themselves to the Collector and shared their views on education, future plans, aspirations and their perspective on society.
The Collector advised the students to utilise the time effectively by setting goals and choosing friends who motivate them to improve in future.
He added, “Don’t be afraid to ask questions and make sure to regularly clarify doubts with the teachers.” He emphasised the importance of understanding each subject and topic from the basics.
The Collector also shared his journey to the Indian Administrative Service and provided guidance to the students. He encouraged the students to seek knowledge beyond textbooks by making use of additional resources like books and the internet.
