Misconduct by bouncers will not be tolerated: Hyderabad Police Commissioner

Hyderabad Police Commissioner C.V. Anand said on Sunday that any misconduct by security personnel or bouncers, including pushing or manhandling people, would be dealt with an iron hand.

While releasing the annual round-up report on Sunday, Mr. Anand said that celebrities, VIPs and VVIPS are also responsible for the actions of their bouncers, adding that agencies hiring them (security guards) must ensure their proper behaviour.

“Strict action will be taken against any instances of misbehaviour,” he said, reiterating the need for accountability in maintaining public order during high-profile events.
