Compensation finalised for Metro Rail Corridor-VI

The Hyderabad District Collector said that so far notifications have been issued for the acquisition of 800 properties from Phase-2, Corridor VI- MGBS to Chandrayangutta Metro Rail works.

For the compensation of these properties, an agreement has been reached after discussions with many of the property owners to pay ₹81,000 per square yard and the construction value.

The house owners can go to Metro Bhavan in Begumpet and give their consent, he said, adding that entire compensation will be given to them in the form of a cheque within 10 days of giving consent.
