Activists protest against delay in Town Hall renovation

Cultural and social activists in Kozhikode gathered at the Town Hall on Monday (December 23) evening under the Kozhikode Art and Cultural Organisation for a ‘parallel inauguration’ to protest the delay in reopening the hall after renovation. The activists criticised the slow pace of the renovation, which they said deprived the city of its beloved venue for cultural and social events. Activist GROW Vasu was the chief guest at the protest, which included various cultural performances.
