Tarigonda temple near Tirupati receives golden crown as donation


The golden crown donated by Chennai-based devotees to the TTD-run Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Tarigonda village in Annamayya district, located 110 km from Tirupati.

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple in Tarigonda of Annamayya district, located 110 km from Tirupati and under the umbrella of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), received a princely donation in the form of precious ornaments.

A Chennai-based devotee Vasanta Lakshmi accompanied by her daughter Madhavi and son-in-law Manohar, donated a gold crown weighing 340.930 grams and worth ₹27 lakh to be adorned to the deity of Lakshmi Narasimha.

The ornament was received by temple Superintendent Muni Bala Kumar and priests Gopala Bhattar and Krishna Prasad Bhattar from the donors.
