PG medical 2nd round: 2,702 seats allotted


The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) announced on Friday (December 20) the final results of the second round of seat allotment for Postgraduate Medical Courses 2024. KEA allotted 2,702 seats. 

According to KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna, candidates who have secured a seat must pay the fees by December 26 and report to their respective colleges by December 27.

Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to take admission compulsorily. If they are not satisfied with their allotted seat, they can withdraw by paying a penalty of ₹1.5 lakh and collecting their original documents, he added.

As many as 4,651 candidates submitted their original documents, and all of them were considered for seat allotment. He clarified that those who did not submit their documents were not included in the allotment process.
