Former Vice-Chancellor (V-C) of Rajiv Gandhi University, R.V. Rajkumar, on Saturday asked youngsters to concentrate on upgrading their technological skills and focus on certificate courses offered by reputed national and international institutions. Prakasha Rao suggested students to attend seminars and workshops to interact with eminent academicians and scholars. Avanthi Group chairman Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao and college principal K.
